Within the last 10 months, we have added a new computer network consisting of 3 new computers, high speed dial up modems, pager terminals for alpha pages, 2 new plain paper fax machines, a new complete ComDial phone system, and outfitted our dispatch office with new wall paper & curtains! (better atmosphere, better attitude). In July 2000, we added a new back up battery and generator system to make us more reliable for YOU! Added 9-10-2001 A complete new call processing computer with a $10,000 price tag! This computer replaces our 1970's era line processors that translate your call into our answer phrase and stores your specialized company information and preferences. This was replaced to insure we would not have a malfunction with lengthy down time due to outdated equipment! Added 10-2001 - Cable Modems! Now we can quickly page to the new cellular phones and pagers which are more commonplace today than in the past! Also with this there were new higher speed computers which will make things all that much faster. Added 10-2001 - Another operator on busy shifts! To better serve you, another new operator was added from the hours of 7 am to 9 pm. These are peek hours for us, and to insure the best in service to you, we added this position at no cost increase to you! Added 7-2002 - A 100% digital call recording device! ! Now each and every call, into and out of our office are recorded digitally. We are able to email a call in question right to your computer! Added 8-2-2002 - We moved! ! Yes, we moved we relocated to a WONDERFUL and HUGE new building located at 2511 Waynesburg Dr. in Canton. Everything is new, new computers, new phones, new auto start natural gas powered generator! Come visit us, you will be impressed!
